The Opportunity
Insurance software vendor with strong record of success across international markets, seeks to consolidate their London Market offering.
This role will focus on maintaining and growing relationships with customers as they move to the Cloud. This is a strategic role, with influence in both internal (technical and delivery teams), and externally with current and new customers. Done well, customers will feel the benefit of a close partnership with the Consultant, in optimising the cloud implementation journey, leading to enhanced uptake of the vendor’s cloud deployed suite of products.
The ideal candidate profile
The role is best suited to a London Market specialist, who has transitioned through delivery roles into account management or customer success. Suitably qualified (degree plus CII or similar, and circa 15 years exp)
You will need to bring a blend of
- programme management capabilities (ensuring successful cloud transformations through leading resourcing teams and problem resolution)
- customer success mindset – partnering with customers in the guise of AM, or CS specialist, to develop trusted relationships
- London Market specialist – with an understanding of the competitor landscape, and the specific suite of products on offer
- commercial skills – managing customer P&Ls, supporting the sales process and RFP process
- consulting capabilities – able to wear different hats, whilst reflecting a level of professionalism and capability in account management, programme delivery, customer satisfaction
