Claims SME Business Analyst, London Market, Contract to £700pd Outside IR35
Opportunity
High performing London Market MGU, seeks Claims Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in implementing (specialty) Claims software.
Working alongside business SMEs, configuration specialists and third party integrators, you will
– work on 3rd party low code software to refine, prioritise and drive feature development, against an ambitious TOM
– apply acquired skills in determining functional and non-functional requirements specifications
– develop feature priorities to accelerate the claims management functionality across a series of MGAs with differentiated requirements
– play end to end business analyst role, from requirements gathering stage, through testing and support of systems’ integration partners at implementation phase
Candidate requirements
- formally trained in business (systems) analysis (degree or equivalent transferable learning)
- established digital transformation (full lifecycle) business analyst with circa 8 years experience
- experience in working with low code (3rd party) software to build out standardised features for a specialist market – is key
- good technical insight – use of APIs for integrating systems, data migration exp etc.
- excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to work with internal and 3rd party teams
- You will bring a strong balance of business (claims management) acumen, specifically within the London Market / specialty lines, and
- acquired systems implementation (Claims software) experience (vendor, carrier or consulting)
The role requires close collaboration with systems integration partners, with the Specialist Business Analyst taking a key oversight role to ensure alignment of requirements with delivery, governance and consistency across different projects.
Accordingly, we are looking for someone with circa 6+ years experience focused on London Insurance market, digital Claims transformations
